We used the Wixpa App for tracking between Google Ads and our Shopify store and encountered serious technical problems. The app prevented customers on social media from interacting with our advertisements, leading to significant revenue losses. Our advertising efficiency plummeted, reflected in a low ROAS of only 1.3 despite high advertising expenditures. This experience has left us deeply disappointed and financially significantly impacted. We are extremely dissatisfied with the performance and outcome of using this app.
I installed and uninstalled the app earlier, because i dont know how to use the app. After uninstallation one Sister messaged me from this app store and helped me to reinstall all the metrics of Google Ad.
