Unfortunately, despite your team's friendly attitude and willingness to help, I have not been able to get the assistance I needed. The support provided has been largely ineffective, and I’ve had to repeat and re-explain the same issues multiple times with no clear resolution.

Beyond that, I found the app’s integrations to be extremely limited, which has made it difficult—if not impossible—to use the app in the way I intended. I expected a more reliable and seamless experience, especially given the time investment on my end.

At this point, I am very disappointed with the level of support and the app’s capabilities. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the experience for future users.

this app is really useful if you're searching for an app to personalise any product, which is an added value because the customization of the products allowed me to increase sales considerably, so it is something I recommend.
