Eazy Customize Product Options

I was looking for an app that would allow me to add more custom product options. I tried a few, but this one fit my shop perfectly. I needed some visual adjustments, and the support team responded incredibly fast, they fulfilled all my requests without hesitation. Amazing support, and I'm really happy they’re open to custom tweaks. Highly recommend!

this app is really useful if you're searching for an app to personalise any product, which is an added value because the customization of the products allowed me to increase sales considerably, so it is something I recommend. The installation was quick and whenever there is a situation, support is very fast via WhatsApp and I have to thank Tarka Karki for all the help provided.

Fantastisk support hjælp. Havde problemer med at få appen til at virke fordi vi brugte en anden app til datovælger, men deres dygtige medarbejder oprettede denne mulighed for os. Medarbejderen var virkelig tålmodig og ventede på at vi fik oprettet det hele. Da vi havde oprettet det hele, testede han det også af for os for at være sikker på alt virkede som det skulle. Appen er nem at sætte op og bruge. Det gør en kæmpe forskel for en forretning som vores hvor der er mange informationer vi har brug for fra kunden for at kunne levere blomster som gave eller til begravelser. Derudover kan man tilføje valgmuligheder med ekstra pris som automatisk kommer med på ordrestatusen og bliver lagt til totalprisen - hvilket var hovedårsagen til at vi havde brug for en ny app. Vi valgte Eazy fordi de ikke kræver adgang til kundernes personlige oplysninger som mange andre lignenede apps kræver.

This app is awesome, and the support team provided excellent assistance. My site had a compatibility issue with the email template, and the support team was very helpful and responsive until the issue was fully resolved.

We have been searching for the perfect product customization app for our store (Beatific.co — custom planners and notebooks), and Eazy Product Options & Variant absolutely blew us away!

First, the app itself is phenomenal: it's incredibly easy to set up, highly intuitive, and packed with powerful features like conditional logic, live previews, price add-ons, and full customization flexibility. Everything you would expect from a top-tier app — but at a much better price than other options!

However, what truly sets this app apart is the customer support.
Working with Mr. Karki from the Mandolly Tech team was honestly one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had — not just on Shopify, but anywhere.
He worked tirelessly across multiple sessions (even outside their normal office hours!) to make sure every tiny detail of our customization vision was realized. Despite the complexity, Mr. Karki never once rushed the process. He explained every step with patience, made live updates while coordinating with me, and always checked in to make sure I was 100% happy before moving on. He even picked up small UX improvements I hadn't even asked for!

What truly amazed me was how dedicated and invested the team was in making sure everything was absolutely perfect — like they cared about our store’s success just as much as we do.

It was difficult to set up so that I uninstalled. But some functions are still remaining and affecting my shop operation. I really want to remove it all.

I contacted their support team, which gives me very detailed instruction. As I liked their way to provide support. I decided to reinstall this app. With live chat (help) I was able to successfully created options I needed. Thanks.

This app supports Japanese, is highly customizable, and has excellent support, making it an extremely excellent app.
As a preliminary preparation, if there are color variations, it is best to prepare images of the same size as much as possible, so that the introduction will proceed smoothly.

Unfortunately, despite your team's friendly attitude and willingness to help, I have not been able to get the assistance I needed. The support provided has been largely ineffective, and I’ve had to repeat and re-explain the same issues multiple times with no clear resolution.

Beyond that, I found the app’s integrations to be extremely limited, which has made it difficult—if not impossible—to use the app in the way I intended. I expected a more reliable and seamless experience, especially given the time investment on my end.

At this point, I am very disappointed with the level of support and the app’s capabilities. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the experience for future users.

We were on the lookout for a solution to add product options and initially started with a different app. Unfortunately, it lacked some key features we needed, which led us to search for an alternative. That's when we found this app, and we're so glad we did!

Not only was this app more affordable, but it also provided all the features we were looking for, right out of the box. On top of that, the support and development team went above and beyond, creating a custom feature tailored specifically to our needs. Lost Money and Customers

After using this app, small issues started to arise, which I resolved easily. Then, a very critical issue occurred. When a customer selected an option for a product and went through checkout, if they returned to the main page, they were stuck in an endless refresh loop. Because of this issue, I had to shut down my business for 7 days. Once a customer experienced this error, it couldn’t be resolved unless they cleared all their browser cache and cookies. About two weeks later, the same issue happened again. There were no changes made to my website during this period.

When I reported this problem, the representative, Gaurav Paudyal, falsely claimed that this error wasn’t caused by their app and was due to a conflict with another app, but they had fixed it. I insisted that this issue was clearly caused by the options app, and by then, I had already wasted hundreds of dollars in ad spend. I immediately paused my ads and reported this issue 4 times, but 3 days passed without a resolution because they said it wasn’t during their working hours. When I finally followed up for the last time, they just sent a message saying, “Issue resolved.”

There’s no way I can ask customers who experienced this error to clear their browser’s cache and cookies. They were extremely irresponsible regarding this issue. I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone in charge, but I was told that all the people in charge were overseas and unavailable for a conversation. Then, 30 minutes later, they suddenly said, “It’s past midnight here, so we can’t speak.”

They completely lack understanding or explanation of the serious risks they pose to their customers’ websites due to their app’s errors, including financial losses, loss of customers, and the inability to inform lost customers of the problem. Moreover, there’s the constant fear that the same issue could occur again at any time. There was no communication from at least a product manager or senior official acknowledging the issue, explaining how it was resolved, or assuring that it won’t happen again. They simply wanted to close the matter with a single message saying “Resolved” when I asked when the issue would be fixed.

This is the most irresponsible and worst service I have ever experienced.
