Great customer support and the app does what it's supposed to do. Very handy and I'm glad this exists because frankly I don't know why Shopify wouldn't have this by default.

At first it was very good but the service is down most of the time lately and when it's down, then the quote option is removed from your website and you lose money. They also can't do basic things like offering a checkbox to subscribe to newsletters while you're getting your quote.
You will only receive around 85% of the quotes to your inbox, the other 15% aren't sent as an email to you for whatever reason so you constantly have to check their web interface.
You can't setup auto-replies per item or anything like.

I'm just setting this app up and I had a couple of issues that were mostly operator error :) but I wanted to quickly note how incredible the support was! If the app works 1/2 as well as the support this'll be a home run! If you run a wholesale business I have for many years this is vital to my business. Thanks again Catherine! Ich habe die App für unseren Online Shop https://www.brianesch.com/ verwendet. Die App macht genau das was wir benötigen und sind deshalb sehr zufrieden. Der Support ist wirklich wirklich toll. I had initial problems with getting a reply from the developers. Their first reply to my request must have disappeared into the ether. However, when I chased up they replied straight away and my issue was solved quickly and efficiently. Thanks very much.
