I had a response to my email within minutes, all my email and questions were dealt with promptly. The Support team have gone the extra mile to help meet my requirements. Great App. I use it to update prices, quantities, weights etc.
it have automated task option that allows you to update files every 6 hours by ftp,drop box, google drive, and email.
The most impressive thing is the Support by Prakash ,we had an issue with
file language that he created a tutorial video file to demonstrate exactly what we should do .
this is one of the apps with the most value per cost Im using on shopify

Very helpful and good app e-shops. I would give 6 stars for support . We had very difficult connection, John Is a real Magician !!!! Nobody cant made this connection.

I have been using this app for about 4-6 months. The first time I contacted the support team, it took them one week to reply. The second time I contacted them was last week, and I have not heard from them. I have lost sales and disappointed cutomer due to out of stocks items. I couldn't update the products.

This app works great at syncing distributor products to Shopify websites. However, the best part of the app is the great customer service that I received.
