Ich bin absolut frustriert von dieser Shopify App. Sie kostet stolze 50€ im Monat, und dafür bekommt man jeden Tag neue Fehler! Mal funktioniert die Verbindung nicht, dann gibt es Probleme mit den Bestellungen, und plötzlich werden Produkte einfach nicht mehr richtig angezeigt.
Es ist unglaublich, wie viele Bugs diese App hat. Anstatt mein Geschäft zu unterstützen, kostet sie mich nur Zeit, Nerven und im schlimmsten Fall sogar Umsatz. Für den Preis erwarte ich definitiv mehr Stabilität und Zuverlässigkeit.
Schade dass wir euch nicht erreichen können. Support-Tickets gibt es nur eins im System (Montag den 30. Sept. nach 23 Uhr). Dieses wurde innerhalb von 12 Minuten beantwortet und konnte geschlossen werden. Die App gebühren sind in eurem Tarif 39 USD und keine 50 Euro. Ihr nutzt die App seit über einem Jahr. Wir würden uns über eine Kommunikation freuen!

Sometimes in crashes or need to be loaded twice before being available to load/ print the Label.

Also das Team ist wirklich sensationell. Wir hatten eine Frage und innerhalb weniger Minuten hat der Support reagiert und konnte uns bereits helfen. Einfach schnell draufgeschaltet auf den Shop, geschaut und uns mitgeteilt, was war. Ich kann jedem diese App nur empfehlen. Und sollte man mal Fragen haben, einfach den Jungs eine Email schreiben. Besser geht es nicht! Vielen Dank.
