We love this tool. We have 8 POS stores and use EasyScan in all of them. The app works really well and when we needed a new barcode label size designed, the app created it for us. Highly recommended.
Great support and full of features which helps us keep our stock all up to date and in check. We use our mobile phones to scan and update stock, which is super practical.

Perfect UX : this app is fast and very convenient. It perfectly suits our needs for our store, for printing barcodes, checking inventory with our barcode scanner and updating inventory when receiving products from our warehouse. And a very nice customer service as well : they have added a small feature that we needed.
Great app for use in scanning barcodes for updating inventory. And the support is beyond great! I submitted a support ticket and someone got back to me within an hour. My problem required a change to the app and they fixed it within 24hrs. I'm very impressed with the speed and level of support I received.
Charlie was incredibly helpful - and from across the pond! We used the time zone difference to our advantage and he really came in for the WIN as we were gearing up to print thousands of labels. His willingness to get things going seamlessly and edit templates and write code was above and beyond. Thanks so much for your support!
EasyScan is very user friendly. I am not tech savvy and couldn't get my printer to print. I was able to hop on a 10 minute call with Charlie and he helped sort out all of the technical nuances with the printer and my computer (actually having nothing to do with the app) in a few moments. I wish all platforms were so easy to use and the level of service unbeatable.
