This app is easy to use and very helpful for us. We migrated to Shopify just before cyber Monday and didn't have time to have a custom fulfillment app developed, so we went with EasyScan for the interim. The developer was great with communication and even implemented a tweak to the application to provide a workaround for our label printing needs.
Great app and customer service! Had a little issue and they went above and beyond with their last update to fix it!
Feature wise EasyScan seems to do what a lot of the larger companies have tried to quote us $100's of dollars a month. Customer service wise, I've always had super quick emailed answers and they've always solved any questions or concerns I've had with speed! We really love this app and what is has helped our business do!

They went above and beyond without any obligation to do so, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.
