This app has never worked correctly. We have tried customer support and no one seems to know what’s wrong with it. Year make model will show 15 different vehicles and products that are not related to your search. We really wanted this to work. But they blame Shopify instead of fixing the issues.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear EasySearch didn't meet your expectations. We've never intended to blame Shopify for any issues - our references to Shopify were only about their payment system and how to cancel the subscription by removing the app.

The app is designed to work based on the configured database, linking search criteria to results. So, if you experience discrepancies between in-app and native Shopify search results, this typically indicates incomplete product assignments to search criteria.
