We use this app for non-car products, and it's flexible enough to work well. Our company makes and sells fiber arts equipment; we needed an easy way for customers to find repair parts on our website. It wasn't hard to set up EasySearch for these products and parts, though they're very complicated. This app has never worked correctly. We have tried customer support and no one seems to know what’s wrong with it. Year make model will show 15 different vehicles and products that are not related to your search. We really wanted this to work. But they blame Shopify instead of fixing the issues.

The app is designed to work based on the configured database, linking search criteria to results. So, if you experience discrepancies between in-app and native Shopify search results, this typically indicates incomplete product assignments to search criteria.
