I used easyship service to ship out my KickStarter parcels from Singapore to US. After about 3 months, I was billed for almost $300 due to discrepancies in the parcel sizes and weight. If you want to be fair to your customer, do a check during the collection of the parcels, not billing your customer AFTER 3 MONTHS of the shipment. What guarantee do you have that the parcels does not distort in your warehouse?
Excellent shipping platform for shopify, etsy etc. All my shipping pack slips can be done via the app easily without the need of manual input. Also the app will notify my clients about the delivery status.
I'm in Australia and this works quite well. It connects to the store and does the labeling. I like that they let you pre-pay customs for international parcels, so end-customers don't have to f around with customs. I'd prefer it if the shipping rates were a bit cheaper. Also, the labels generated by the software are compressed (zipped). Uncompressing those is time-consuming. But otherwise its a real time saver.
Half the time the service doesn't even work. Parcels aren't picked up. Shipping documents are missing. Support doesn't reply for over a week. They're actively hurting my business.
A week and a half ago a parcel was meant to be picked up by DHL. That never happened, and as Easyship formally becomes the shipper, they won't deal with you directly.
The only reason the platform works for me a little is because I have a good relationship with my courier guys, so I call them personally to tell him to pick parcels up. If I were to rely on EasyShip my business would've already been flooded with terrible reviews from people who don't ever receive their parcels.
I'll be migrating over soon to a different platform, because Easyship is INCREDIBLY unreliable. Try them at your own risk. I'm pretty mad at myself for sticking with them as long as I have.
We have been using Easyship to handle store orders for a while now. Excellent customer service from Conor and an easy to use and fast interface that integrates well with our warehouse provide.

Easyship is really amazing. It makes shipping super convenient. All I have to do is sync the orders and click on a button and make the payment. The courier comes by to collect it and will then deliver to my customers. It's that bloody easy. Definitely a great app to have for any e-commerce store!
We have been working with EasyShip for almost 2 years. They have ALWAYS had a great support team. They almost always have a member online to help you with anything inside their portal. They can find any issue with any package. Their abilities to get good rates and sync directly into Shopify is great. Shout out to Daniel who is our rep and is always very helpful!
