So far, I can't describe my happiness today in downloading the app and working on it. The process is easy, but it takes time, which is very necessary to ensure everything is good and running smoothly. The technical support team is very helpful, wonderful, and extremely patient with customers like me who ask a lot of questions about everything. The service is great and easy to use, and it requires someone serious to work in a simpler and faster way, especially for stores that ship a lot and everywhere. I sincerely thank you. So far, I am satisfied with the performance, but I will wait to experience the shipping, the workflow, and the way boxes are shipped and reach customers to be honest in my full evaluation. Their assistance is also excellent; they are quick to respond and solve any problem I encounter or question I have. Thank you.
I like the simplicity of easyship and it is very user friendly. The only thing i would like to see for improvement is two things.
1) Increase the speed of the software. There is alot of slow down even when cookies are cleared.
2) Ability to just have the insurance payback to be put on the credit card that is on file.
**Update** We are very impressed with easy ship's live virtual customer support. In about 20 minutes they were able to fix our issue and get us on the right track. We are glad to have our shipping working the way that we want it now.
This APP does NOT WORK. I am a small business and purchasing this app has caused me nothing but problems. Customer service is not helpful NOR will they refund you for their poor product. Do not purchase this app if you want one that will actually work. It has either overcharged or undercharged on every single shipment I have used it with.

I’ve been on Shopify since October, and shortly after I switched to Easyship. While there is a free plan available, the paid subscription is absolutely worth it for me - especially because of the level of support.
Whenever there’s an issue, the response time is very fast and the support team is genuinely helpful. The last person I spoke with was Sruthi, who assisted me with HS code issues and guided me step by step via chat until everything was resolved.
Overall, I highly recommend Easyship. It not only saves a significant amount of time by eliminating the need to deal directly with multiple shipping companies, but it has also reduced my shipping costs considerably. For my business, Easyship has been noticeably cheaper than purchasing labels directly from carriers.

great customer service. They helped resolve an issue quickly that was caused not by them but by a server outage at USPS that made shipments load funny.
