EDIT: Easyship did get in contact with me and refunded the overcharges that were assessed over the prior month for me to my satisfaction. We have not seen more UPS multi-package overcharges so they may have corrected the problem with USP. Very intuitive easy to use interface and great support team when you need them. I had an issue with notifications for pickups and Neha Roy from the support team went out of her way to find me the resolution! The onboarding call last week was very helpful as well. I tried Shipstation and Veeqo as well but easyship beats them handsdown with their customer centric approach
