This app has made it very easy to link my ebay with my shopify store. The live chat support has been valuable in setting up the app and troubleshooting.
Sales have increased making the cost of the app worthwhile.
Stock seems to be updating correctly as sales are made on both platforms.

We are a small business with plenty of various items. Majority of the time we spent recently on uploading products on different accounts (EBAY, Shopify) we had to double handling the work.
This app reduced the time of uploading the products drastically. We are still new to it although it seems we will stay longer with this product.
Additionally customer service was really supportive as initially we struggled to set up connection - which ultimately was due to us incorrectly setting up the account.

Good consumer support and MUCH better than Marketplace Connect if you're transitioning FROM eBay to Shopify. We tried both and MC ended up double-listing all our eBay products, which cost us ~$1k. We haven't tried them since.

This app is capturing about 99% of our 10,000+ products, so not PERFECT - but so far it's tracking all our orders and delisting automatically when a product sells on another platform. For the price and with the help they'll provide, we're finding it worthwhile.
