eBay Integration ‑ DPL

DPL was working great until I wanted to list both auto and non auto products on ebay. I contacted support and they told me that the only way to do this was to switch stores/regions and that nothing would be lost. Well, that was not the case. I lost the 30+ product profiles I had built so to switch back and forth, you must redo them every time. I am going back to CEDCommerce.

I received a very quick response from Hem who was knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service.

Pretty simple to use. Easy integration and easy to make changes in settings after, if you forget to tick a box like i did. Hasslefree. Support is great too. Quick response time which is great, resolved my issue quickly.

Very impressed with their customer service. Not only did they hop on chat right away but then offered a meeting via Google Meet to share screens to help me overcome an obstacle with set up. It was quick and easy to fix and then they offered me a credit for a few months that i had the application installed but did not use it. I would consider that above and beyond. Pluse now that its working for me its very impressive, fast and efficient way to add my shopify catalog to Ebay. I'm a fan.

Having searched and tried other Apps to publish, integrate and manage my Shopify listings to eBay I was about to give up. They all had issues, expensive and not very easy to use.

Then I found eBay Integration by DPL and it is amazing.
It does exactly what I need, it is easy to use and very cost effective.
