It is really good app so far. Easy to upload and onboarding is very straight forward and easy to manage.

Am sorry you find the support documentation lacking. We have improved this by making sure the documentation which is available on the relevant pages also is listed in an overview on the FAQ page.
In case you're still willing to sell on Ebay I'd love to personally help you with the onboarding.
