I have no words to express how excited I feel since I started working with this amazing app, I requested I call to ask some questions about the app just make sure and do not waste my time like I did with so many apps previously and I end up with a new app in my system, I have imported 2,611 products from eBay to Shopify within seconds and the most important thing no issues and no hidden fees at all. I can not believe that this could happen to me afer all. The customer service is incredible, they help you immediately with real agent on the other side and if you preferred to speak to them they also provide help over the phone, I'm fascinated with all the help I have received from them and specially from Nirmal an expert with knowledge, kind and extremely prosefesional. If you guys need help with an eBay integration, this is the perfect app you can trust your business 100%.

I was excited when I first got the ap.. Really impressed with how it synced my products. However, the problems were encountered when I needed to sync orders. The order syncing failed and I did not get any help from their support team on resolving it. I reached out twice. Once through the app and another through email. The person that received the email stated he would have someone from support to contact me, but no one did.
I am disappointed that I was not able to get it to work.
I have installed the app and have no problems seeing my 20,000+ ebay items move into my Shopify store. I had a few small questions (being a newbie to Shopify in general) and each time their support system has replied promptly with a logical answer. The chat system led to those email replies.
