I was having trouble uploading newly listed Shopify products to Ebay. Ronex provided excellent support, knew exactly what the issue was within minutes he had fixed the problem for me and I was able to upload again. I'm very happy with how efficiently and quickly this was resolved for me and the help he provided
This app took the stress and struggle of managing listings on two sites away. Not only was I able to quickly import over 300 of my listings from eBay, but this website kept inventory consistent on both platforms. With this, I did not have to worry about checking my numbers on both websites as any items sold on my eBay would automatically subtract from my inventory on Shopify.
Very helpful and friendly customer service. Many of the issues I had are still being developed and fixed but I appreciate their willingness to explain and offer support about them and update as to when those fixes will be available.
