Overall it does the job but there are bugs. Prices sync near real time which is great, but stock levels can sometimes take a while to sync or even not sync at all which causes oversell.
Great communication and extremely helpful team. They responded very quickly and made sure our issue was fixed and explained everything we needed to know along the way. Syncing and uploading flawlessly.
Fast response! Great App! Love it very much! Easy to sync from shopify to ebay instantly. Take a little time but once you get it, its automated after that!

It has all the functions I needed to sync my shopify store to ebay with adjustments to suit ebay.
I could set a different price for ebay to allow for the larger fees also which was the main point of trying this product.
The support from the team is outstanding. I work all around the clock and they are always prompt to reply.
Love the app. Import and upload smoothly. The customer service is even better, answering all my questions and concerns. The best thing is that they allow customized plan and I personally found it extremely useful for my store.

Update Aug 2023: Inventory updates have stopped working! Not sure if this has something to do with emails I recieved "advising" that I should upgrade from a free account to a paid account (if I didn't, my free plan would be "limited"), but very frustrating and impacting my customers, and livelihood...
