CedCommerce eBay Integration

We have been using CEDCommerce's ebay integration with Shopify for several years now. It is easy to setup and easy to use. Even when we do have questions support is always there to provide assistance.

I have had a problem with out of stocks on an ongoing basis, most of the agents are always pointing fingers as you did this or that. I am a sole proprietor and I know I did it, it was not beneficial to get me riled up by always accusing me.

Today was different, I had an order not sync and went to the chat to see what had happend. Sahil Pandey was my agent today, no finger pointing, just this is why, and then options to fix it without me having to jump through hoops. I really appreciated Sahil's style if you want to call it something, of dealing with me. Sahil even created the order for me. No one, no one has ever offered that before.

They must pay for positive reviews, this product is horrible we are having duplicate sales constantly, I paid more for dedicated support they do not reply in a timely manner, even if you send a detailed issue report they want a 1 hour call every time for you to show problem, this is eating up so much of my time, when they fix it they are doing so manually so the bugs are still in the program, they try to upsell you everyday on other products. When your rep quits you are left with no good way to ask for help, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT they are frauds.

It’s a time saving solution and helps with getting a new target group.

I have only just started using the product but have found it feature rich and quite easy to use. The onboarding process was very helpful which included help to get my first product uploaded to Ebay. The 24hr seven day support ensures I have the help I need should I come across any challenges.

Really nice app. I tried other apps but they didn't work...

This one finally worked and the customer service is good. I also use their Amazon Integration, really good quality Apps.
