The ebay integration app is flexible with all the sellers(either they are new with ebay or already selling). We are happy to see that you find the Template section very helpful. Through the Templates sections (Category, Price, Inventory, Title), you can set the custom values for the products in bulk.
Category Template allows you to set the appropriate category for the products to list your items on eBay marketplace.
Title Template- You can set the custom titles & HTML description for the products without making any changes in Shopify.
Inventory Template- If you do not want to manage inventory from the Shopify, then you have an option to manage it through the App. Can set the "Fixed inventory" & "threshold" (below which your products get "out of stock" automatically). Also, can manage "delete out of stock products" automatically from ebay marketplace.
Price Template - If you want to set the custom pricing specifically for the ebay, do not want to change from the Shopify then through the App, you can set the "Fixed & Auction management."
Also can set the increase/decrease Custom pricing by "fixed" or "percentage" value.
The App can manage your unlimited listing & syncing from Shopify to ebay marketplace.

The team was very VERY patient with me, I hadnt done any training, the app is similar to shopify setup which helps. there was some sort of issue with payt and shipping but they fixed that up for me. Great service and was unexpected too! So thank you xxx

The ebay integration app lists your Shopify products on the ebay marketplace. As sellers manage online selling through a central location but sometimes they need to update the Title, Description, Price, Inventory, etc. as per the marketplace's guidelines; that is why our development team has given this management in our integration apps.
With this management, without managing the listings from Shopify, you can manage & update the product's information from the App. You need to off the syncing of the particular field from the configuration section of the App that will disable the syncing from Shopify to the App and then, after from the App, update the products' information. After making the changes, you can upload the products on eBay.
There are many actions to be performed while sending the products for listings on eBay, so it may take time to understand, but once you become familiar with the setting, it works faster than your expectations.
The Development team is continuously working on the panel to make it more user-friendly and trying to automate all the processes.

CED service is the best I have ever experienced. They spent hours walking me through how to sync up shopify and ebay. They answer almost immediately no matter what time I ask (even with the time difference). I use it every day. Now I can control inventory, list directly, do updates all directly from the app. The ebay orders are automatically synced into Shopify. It has been a game changer for me.
