It's a great app. However, it's not user friendly for first time users. But, the chat support is always available and they are doing a great job assisting us on how to navigate the app. Great job!

Once setup, this app makes integrating your products between shopify and ebay much easier. It saves so much times to have one place to change your products as needed. The support is also top notch, quick to answer and helps teach you how to use the app or will just set it up for you. I chose the teaching method so I will know how to do it myself in the future. Keep up the great work

For the new sellers, ebay or can say all marketplace required too many settings & business policies so that the buyer & seller both do not face any trouble while buying & selling.
As eBay is a big marketplace and for the beginners, it is essential to have the proper information. When you get connected with us, being an integration provider, it is our responsibility to assist you with all the possible ways.
We explain the flow & the procedure of the app to make you familiar with the app. CEDCOMMERCE assigned a DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER, always available to provide 24*7 support via email, calls, Skype, WhatsApp, Online Live chat system.
The account manager helps you from the starting to complete setup of the ebay account also assist you in getting more & more sales on marketplaces.
The app import all/selected products from the Shopify to eBay integration app then after preparing the listing as per eBay marketplace' guidelines, through the app, you can easily upload the products on eBay.
Once you list all products on eBay marketplace, the automatic syncing for inventory run parallel from the Shopify to the eBay marketplace. When you start getting orders, the app automatically fetches & create those orders into your Shopify store also send the shipment information from Shopify to eBay marketplace.
You don't need to be worried to check orders every time; you get the notifications on time.

I was adding products manually till i came across this app and with the wonderful help of the man behind chat he screenshot and sent me images of what i needed to do step by step and within 3 mins i had published 18 products compared to 1 manually in like 8 minutes!! Absolute time saver, simple to use and great helpers. Fantastic for the newbie!! 10/10

I signed up and started posting my articles. I thought I had done well but instead I had made mistakes. I was contacted directly by assistance, who realizing that as many as 17 of my 19 items had description errors which affected their loading, wrote to me and showed me via whatsapp how to solve them step by step. What can I say .... fantastic! A thousand thanks! perfect app. Now all my products are also visible and purchasable on Ebay and I've figured out what not to do when I add other new items.

This is a great eBay app with great support. While it can be a bit complicated to first understand and use, once you get the hang of it it's very powerful. And again, the support that they offer is top notch. The team are always available in the live chat and are able to guide you through any issues.
