I had a problem uploading some items so clicked the chat function, a very knowledgeable person talked me through the process and solved all my problems. I was about to give up on the app but this has restored my faith and will continue to use a very helpful app. Thank you for taking the time to help me.

This app is a real time-saver! I also use their Amazon app with Shopify, and both work seamlessly. I did encounter a minor issue with uploading some listings to eBay, but their live chat support was incredibly quick and resolved it right away. The customer service is top-notch, and the software itself is fantastic! Highly recommended.
