As someone taking over this integration from the person who left the company, I had no idea what I was doing, but the customer chat has been so helpful in helping me when I have questions I can't find the answer to. They answer very quickly and help me change the settings, or help me understand how things work.

Runs smoothly in the background and love the chat function.
Just added some new products and had problem uploading them and it is super easy to work with their chat support that helps and explains everything needed and has me up and running with the new products in no time.

I have been using this app for almost a year now, its been nothing but a pure joy. Their customer support is amazing, and the integration is smooth and easy. The order and inventory management is just magic.

excellent customer service. Super fast and very reactive. I was helped in a few issues I had while starting implementing and the guys from CED helps me a lot. There were immediately chatting and resolve the issue within minutes. It takes a little time to understand the system how CED works, but then its perfekt and very effective. Sync works great now and we already sold one item while chatting! Absolutely recommend.
