The app was a little tricky for someone like me with little technical knowledge, but the video tutorials and live chat were great for getting my products listed.

Had some issues with my product inventory being synched properly with my Shopify store, but the help chats are very good, as long as you're up late in the US (when it's working hours overseas.)
Great customer service on this app. They are always down to provide the needed help! Keep up the good work!

their support staff was extremely helpful with fixing an issue with our shopify feed not populating our eBay account. Very patient with clear communication.

Very good application, allows for quick intergration between Shopify and Ebay. The best thing about it is the support who have given me the exact solution to my problems without having to go through a million questions like most of other support options
