After speaking with team member got the help I needed.
The help files are not that helpful. The GIF cannot be enlarged to actually see what is being selected. Help FAQs are just brief answers and don't really say what to do to set up. Tried listing just 1 item manually and no matter what I got error messages.

We have moved over to the App from pre-existing applications. The program is very powerful. When we first migrated, we experienced significant technical issues due to the vastness of our database.
