Customer support was so prompt, they resolved the issue in few mins.
Support was very helpful in solving my upload issue with variant names that eBay didnt like. The app was easy to install and easy to use. So far, I am loving it. Sahil was extremely helpful and patient!
CedCommerce does not sync inventory properly in addition to other persistent issues that have resulted in a hit to seller performance.
The primary function of any sales channel manager is to sync inventory between platforms. Inventory discrepancies are a daily occurrence, leading to overselling on eBay.
After contacting support on several occasions with no success we are moving on. While support has quick response it does appear there is NO tech support only customer service.

This is a very power app that provides a Shopify owner the ability to own their brand but free up cash to by selling on Ebay. The app is not terribly hard but there is a steep learning curve that requires a lot of questions at the beginning. The good news is customer service is absolutely incredible. I'm barely scratching the surface on unlocking the power of the app. I freed up $1,000+ before the month was out using the app. So it paid for itself for the year at my level. Can't recommend enough.
The service was excellent , fast - clear and friendly , for anyone thinking of using cedcommerce for Ebay , this is great and staff are freat help .
The CedCommerce support team was super helpful in the onboarding process and I was able to schedule calls day of to help with the onboarding process. The app interface + customer service made the transition to ebay very easy.
I recently start using cedcommerce for ebay and shopify integration, initially it was complex for me, but there customer service support is really very prompt, they immidietly came and check where i did some mistake during integration, and they help me to resolve that errors, and then its simple to use!! i really appreciate their support team!

great tool. works perfect and. the customer service is impeccable. I didn't have to talk on the phone, through chat with a live agent on the site, all my questions were answered quickly and. effectively. I highly recommend it.
