We were using Smile.io previously but after promising to deliver multiple shopify storefronts support by Q1 2022, they abruptly dropped that feature and we had to find an alternative.
We evaluated numerous apps in the market and found Eber to be the most powerful and features packed, not only supporting the consolidation of points across multiple Shopify Storefronts with tight integration, but also integration to physical restaurants POS systems. There are also very powerful analytics and CRM features that we used to have to do with Hubspot.
The support team is also very responsive and the Sales team very accommodating.
Overall a delight to work with!

We choose Eber as our membership program system which help us to manage our customer membership tier, points & rewards for both online and retail store since three years ago. The support team is always helpful and prompt to response whenever we have problem or inquiry. Would definitely recommend for who are looking for membership system.
