The Forage EBT Gateway is a gamechanger for our meat company. With Forage we are able to offer the same great quality meat to SNAP/EBT customers. The process takes some time coordinating with state and federal agencies, but Forage was fantastic to work with and helped us through each step of the way. Forage helped us successfully move through the process and is now helping us build our online sales presence to SNAP/EBT customers. We highly recommend using Forage and their fantastic staff!
Forage's hands-on technical and operational support proved essential in getting set up, as we encountered some challenges around metafield tags making it difficult for the Forage checkout to correctly identify SNAP-eligible products. At the end of the day, though, we were able to team up to resolve the issues and are now able to offer EBT as a payment method to our customer base. Thank you to Forage for the collaborative spirit to tackle problems and work through them with us.
