Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

Inventory Management - QBO is our source of truth (yes webgility desktop work with QBO) and we sell in person from QuickBooks (invoices to wholesale customers, and even occasionally walk-ins) Webgility Desktop is able to sync inventory from QBO to Shopify

To make matters tougher on shopify we only sell in bundles.

It's a challenge, but Webgility is the affordable solution to inventory management.

Faizan was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable in his training. He made learning Webgility easy.

The Webgility app is great! Anytime we have an issue thier staff is quick to help resolve any problems we have. Aman Pachori did a very good job in helping syncing our inventory quantities between Webgility and Quickbooks.

It's been a great experience so far. The integration has streamlined our operations and made order syncing much easier. A special thanks to Ishan and Faizan, our onboarding specialist, who were incredibly helpful throughout the setup process.

We are currently completing the implementation of Webgility with help from Faizan Sheikh. It is truly a white-glove experience. Faizan took the time to understand what we were sold and then made a plan on how to best complete the install over series of meetings. At one point, we needed some custom programming and he was able to get someone from their development team on the call to help with it as well. I greatly appreciate the professionalism exhibited by webgility employees including Faizan and the streamlined installation process that they have created. We can't wait to be fully launched on this app over the next few weeks.

Onboarding went well and was thorough with the Quickbooks and Webgility sync. Faizan was very helpful.

Shoeb is our account manager. He has worked very well with us and has directed us to the right support team to get our issue resolved. We use Shopify and Amazon as our shopping carts and Webgility sync's them to our Quickbooks.
