Webgility QB Desktop Sync

I would recommend this product to anyone who needs it because they provide excellent support. They have assisted me many times with certain problems and always in a most professional manner. I am super impressed with the support webgility provides.

I have been very pleased with both Kshitij & Faizan who have been the implementation team at Webgility (WG) helping us out. We have had WG for years but never really understood the capability with it. We just learned about the power of WG & they have been wonderful getting us up to speed and always willing to get on the phone and answer our questions. Sometimes there are tech glitches but they do always stand by and work with us to get us a solution. I am not an accountant (I'm just on the calls to learn) & I am learning so much from WG guys and their team. It will be a great timesaver for us when we are fully optimized. Customer service is 5 star. Tech can scare many esp when it comes to $$$ but when you have a good tech team to support you, it helps so much!

Aditi was able to schedule a zoom and fix my problem. The online support is very quick and helpful!

Kanishk was very helpful in clearing logs that were taking up a lot of space. He was very nice in explaining what he was doing and showed me how to do it myself if needed in the future. Kanishk also gave me the link of instructions. Kanishk went above and beyond to fix our problem right away.

Faizan Sheikh was so helpful in quickly integrating our newest marketplace channel. This is the 4th channel we have integrated with Webgility as our brand expands, so does Webgility!

The back end service is so quick and friendly. I don't have much time to spend on this type of integration and Faizan made it easy.
