If they did not lie to you during the onboarding process, it would not be bad. EXTREMELY over priced for what they WILL NEVER DO.. they DO NOT do complete inventory management. SYNCING inventory counts is not MANAGEMENT.. What company creates a product claiming that but FORGETS products COST MONEY and you have to pay people to those products.. YOu know Vendors?

These people lied to me and told me they handle vendor bills into quickbooks and then after i started paying stated they dont do it.

The customer service is incredible! It has so many great features that allow you to integrate it with Shopify and most other major marketplaces. It allows very fine-grained control over what posts where. It integrates with shipping services. And if there's something you can't figure out how to do, they're only an email or phone call away. Coming from other solutions over the past 20+ years, this is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!

Great service

Webgility QB Desktop Sync has been a lifesaver! It is the only product we were able to find that successfully and easily synced Shopify to Quickbooks. There is so much functionality! It really seems they thought of everything! The customer support team has been great. We ran in to a strange IT issues getting the initial software downloaded and they were persistent and effective in getting it resolved. The onboarding process is very thorough and necessary to get everything set up. Prerit has been so patient and helpful in teaching me how everything works. I will definitely recommend Webgility to anyone needing to link Shopify to Quickbooks!
