Prerit is clearly very skilled in the use of Webgility and coupled with a great demeanor he a) solved my problem b) improved my situation c) made our time together very successful. I can't recommend enough. Also, I mentioned to him, the use of Webgility with Quickbooks Desktop has been a game changer for us. So much LESS work in booking our transactions. I'm impressed and surprised at many functions I didn't know Webgility had!

Webgility is definitely worth using for shopify to QuickBooks transactions. webgilitys support team is there when you need help and fix any issue you may have in a timely manner. if I ever have any problems, I reach out to Faizan Sheikh. he always has answers for any questions I have.

Faizan did an excellent job walking us through some detailed sales tax settings. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we fully understood how it all works. What a great upgrade from our previous application that linked our Shopify Pos and Quickbooks. The support was incredible and helpful. The willingness to help was refreshing. I wish we would have switched sooner. The program is flexible and the support is the best!

I've been working with Webgility to integrate my Shopify store with my Quickbooks Enterprise desktop version. All of the people that I have worked with, from the project coordinator to the technical department, have been wonderful. They are professional and know the prodcuts inside and out. Most of all, everyone I have dealt with were excellent listeners, which is hard to find nowadays. Highly recommend.

Faizan was very prompt with his responses and patient with understanding some of the compatibility issues I was facing our current Quickbooks spreadsheets . He described a feasible solution that confirmed the scope of work that needed to be completed before moving forward with the next step.

The WebGility onboarding team was very helpful and quick on the initial setup. This caused a bit of an issue as a few months into it, we discovered the Shopify Clearing Account in QB wasn't set up correctly. Had to make a correction. But, onboarding and customer service are very knowledgeable and responsive. This has been a good overall experience so far, with some hiccups.

Prerit is the best trainer ever. He was able to help me get my orders and payouts to become complatelty automated. This will save me lots of time!!!
