Webgility QB Desktop Sync

You wont find a better support team should you need it. Had a hiccup on our system (self inflicted) and the Webgility team spent 40 minutes on screenshare getting it fixed for me. What a team! We were not going to spend the money for the monthly fee but sure glad we did

This is my second store that uses Webgility to integrate with Quickbooks. The support I've received to get set up has been excellent. They are extremely helpful and answer the phone immediately. That's a refreshing experience these days. I've looked at many of the other QB integrations for Shopify and Webgility is the best I've found with the most technically skilled representatives.

Faizan was very helpful in getting the app set up for our specific needs and found ways to make the app work with our workflow on QuickBooks!

So far the process has been great. The demonstrations are very helpful. System seems very user friendly and adaptable. Looking forward to more training and using the system to automate processes that are taking too long currently. Faizan has been so easy to work with and provides solutions. Webgility integrates with QuickBooks online however if it could have one more option of making item with Quick books online item category then it will be amazing.

We chose this app because we wanted to automate the transactions between Shopify and our QuickBooks Desktop. The onboarding process is exceptionally well done. We were starting from scratch, which meant many settings had to be configured and the tech support has been exceptional. It's impossible to go wrong when there is someone who can directly help with all those initial settings. The web help is pretty extensive as well. Looking forward to a smooth running eCommerce solution moving forward!
