Faizan from the team at Webgility was a great help! He helped us set up webgility to sync data from Shopify online store and pos to Quickbooks Enterprise. I would highly recommend it!! 100% game changer.

Webgility is a great tool for our business to transfer sales information directly into Quickbooks, and if needed, technical support is very friendly and helpful!

Very smooth transaction my problem was solved in just a few minutes. Very happy with tech support. I tried for 2 day on my own with with no ability to solve the problem.
I use Webgility daily to view and manage errors & also mapping products. We started a case on 9/21 # 000206725 - order did not synce . The rep , was very nice and did assist with solving the problem. Only issue is the timing our case was not resolved until 9/27. Please note the rep that assisted me had nothing to do with the delay in solving the problem. I would request Kanishk Sahu for future calls he was great ! very easy to work with .
