Our onboarding rep has been helpful in setting up our account. We are still in the process of getting comfortable with Webgility.

We would recommend this app purely from a customer service point view. They are always responsive and helpful. Sometimes functionality is hard, and not as efficient as we would like. But having someone always available for help makes a big difference.
