We’ve been using Webgility Desktop for the past couple of years, and it has been extremely reliable for our operation. The software does exactly what it’s supposed to do—syncing ecommerce transactions accurately into accounting—and it does so consistently. Once configured properly, it simply works.
A big part of our positive experience has been working with Faizan, our senior implementation specialist. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, understands both the technical and accounting sides of the platform, and is genuinely easy to work with. Implementations and adjustments are handled efficiently, and questions are answered clearly without guesswork.
Webgility has become a dependable part of our workflow, and it has saved us a significant amount of time while reducing reconciliation issues. I can confidently recommend it to businesses that need a solid, production-ready solution for ecommerce accounting integration.
Prerit was wonderful and very knowledgeable, also, easy to understand.
We went through issues with syncing from Shopify to Quickbooks Desktop, and so far he was able to resolve all the issues we encounter along the way. There is more that we have to go through yet, but so far the experience was great!
Prerit is clearly very skilled in the use of Webgility and coupled with a great demeanor he a) solved my problem b) improved my situation c) made our time together very successful. I can't recommend enough. Also, I mentioned to him, the use of Webgility with Quickbooks Desktop has been a game changer for us. So much LESS work in booking our transactions. I'm impressed and surprised at many functions I didn't know Webgility had!
