Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop

Overall, Webgility is doing what we need it to do.

We've been using Webgility to sync our Amazon and Shopify sales with QuickBooks, and it's held up well for our needs. The one wrinkle in our setup is that our QuickBooks instance is hosted on a remote server, so we're not able to give the scheduler round-the-clock access. That means syncing is more of a manual, on-demand process for us rather than fully automated — but it's a limitation on our end, not really a shortfall of the software, and it's been manageable day to day.

Every time I've run into an issue, Webgility support has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in getting it resolved.

We had a very detailed and particular set of scenarios we needed to be able to make work with Webgility between our Shopify, Point of Sale, and Amazon sales channels. The team at Webgility were super helpful and patient, and were able to get us set up and working without much difficulty. Being able to integrate with the hosted version of desktop Quickbooks was a big deal, and so far we're very happy with the service and the app!

We’ve really enjoyed working with Faizan on our Webgility implementation.
