Webgility QB Desktop Sync

Our implementation guide was Prerit Agrawal, He is a very patient human. He had multiple people on zooms asking questions at the same time. We have successfully set up two store on webgility. We have a couple more to go. I don't think I could do it myself, but will schedule another zoom when we are ready.

Prerit explained what we would accomplish on each zoom and then would stick to the schedule and get it done. He is very knowledgeable about your product and knows quite a bit about Quickbooks.

Our company operates a high-volume Shopify store and Quickbooks Enterprise hosted desktop. It has been very difficult to find something to replace the manual download and upload of transaction data we used to record invoices and payments. Most of the integrations out there only work with Quickbooks online, so I'm so happy Webgility invented the solutions that works for us! The implementation is quick and very professional.... Faizan is amazing -- he quickly understood our business process and was able to set up the robust accounting options that worked perfectly. The interface is (mostly) intuitive and extremely useful, drawing attention to the items that require intervention or setup in order to post correctly. We are extremely happy with the product so far and will look for additional ways to use it!

Webgility has been instrumental in helping our business become more efficient while running our two shopify stores. Manish in the implementation department was great at helping us get the sites set up and help us create the different settings that we needed. We have been using Webgility for a little over a month now and I'm very pleased with the customer support that Himanshu Patil has offered. We have had to work out some kinks with the ways refunds post and Himanshu has been extremely helpful at helping us work through that in additional to our payout postings. With his and Webgility's processes I am saving hours of my time a week. Without the support of the Webgility experts I would not have been able to do so.

We used Webgility QB Desktop for quickbooks and it was absolutely seamless. Our orders were imported in real time and our inventory was always synced. We’re currently in the process of switching to Webgility Desktop for Netsuite. We have explored a number of options for connecting Netsuite to Shopify. Webgility Netsuite Desktop is more affordable than most of the other options but more importantly offers far superior support. We’ve decided to stop using Netsuite’s native connector in favor of Webgility and we can already see how it is a superior product in terms of maintaining accurate data.

Most importantly, Webgility’s set up time is relatively short compared to other solutions that have quoted 8+ weeks. Webgility’s setup should only take a few days. Faizan has gone absolutely above and beyond in answering all of our questions and helping us explore all our unusual edge cases to make sure that we are completely comfortable with Webgility before going live.

Without Webgility, we would not be able to run our inventory sync in the preferred way, and the ease of use with this software is second to none. Every time we needed a specific method of doing things within our process, Webgility already had the functionality built in, and the onboarding staff did an exceptional job with training us on the software. On top of this, anytime I have reached out with a question or issue with an individual order, I receive support within minutes, and the customer support staff is incredibly knowledgeable, especially Nehal who has helped us through several technical issues. Could not recommend this software and this team more.
