This app has been amazingly helpful for me as I have two shopify websites syncing with my Quickbooks POS. Faizan Sheikh was super helpful with the onboarding process. I highly recommend using this service.

The Webgility support team has been extremely helpful every time I have had to reach out to them. My most recent experience was working with Nikhlesh. He was very helpful in resolving my issue with syncing Shopify with Webgility and Quickbooks. Niklesh was very pleasant to deal with and took the necessary time to make sure I understood how to use the program and resolve any future issues. I really appreciate his excellent customer service.

Faizan has been a great help to me throughout the process of understanding webgility and how it works with Quickbooks. He was very patient and answered all of my questions.

Himanshu is the best!!!! Worked with me to insure our problem was resolved. He has been very honest and made sure that he helped me to solve all the issues we had while onboarding the webgility app. The application has made it so easy to import my financial information into Quickbooks from Shopify. Webgility is a definate must have for a Shopify store.

The dev team has been very good to work with for implementing several customizations to the API's, both to shopify and to quickbooks desktop enterpise. The API's are solid and the automation is reliable. Tech support is excellent and accessible by phone when we need them. Our warehouse team has enjoyed much improved efficiency in processing orders. Our customer service team is happy with the extra data being posted back to the store as a result of the customizations. Overall a good experience. Much better than another well-known app we used previously that had very poor tech support.
