When it works, its great! They often have updates that if you don't install can cause the scheduler to stop working. But their technicall support (last pers on I spoke to was Shobhit) is really great and they usually help resolve any issues quickly.
Vipin was great at helping me update the software. It syncs our online orders with quickbooks easily. it's great!
We use Unify Enterprise to integrate our store with Quickbooks. Though it's not perfect, it gets the job done. We have to manually sign in to Single User Mode in order to push orders every day, but otherwise the process is smooth and Customer Service is usually efficient in fixing any problems we run into. Most difficulties are a result of (Slow)books.
Nikhlesh was very helpful in updating and optimizing Webgility software to improve functionality with posting orders to Quickbooks.
Overall I like this app, however it is a bit confusing and set up took me hours and hours with their help desk. Sometimes, it is a bit hard to understand the people at their help desk. Today-I just called because I had some orders stuck, Himanshu was easy to understand and took care of it right away.
We have been using Webgility for a couple of years to import our orders from Shopify into Quickbooks desktop. It does what we need and keeps us from duplicating effort.
I use this ap to help me post online orders to Quickbooks POS. I really like how it syncs the orders. I wish there was a better way to accept the sell gift cards online & use them in store. Webgility & Shopify want customers to only use the gift cards online. Also, I don't care for the way it records Sales Tax as a line item. I am using this application to sync my Quickbooks POS to Shopify. It is user friendly and was easy to set up with the help of tech support.
We vetted several different integration options for our Shopify storefronts. We needed something that supported Authorize.net and Avalara with seamless connectivity to our Quickbooks master file. We chose eCC because of the exhaustive customization and integration options that the program allows. In the 3 months since we've implemented eCC, we've actually found a couple integration options that were not in the program. However, the support and development team are VERY responsive and open to development requests. The implementation of eCC has allowed us to automate and synchronize inventory, fulfillment, and accounting. We've been very pleased with the cost and time-saving results!
We are very appreciative that this help to get started exists. Faizan was very pleasant and easy to work with. We feel confident we can go forward knowing there is tech support available.
