Fantastic and patient customer support and very detailed and powerful system. I highly recommend it!
Vinayak assisted us in reconciling an inventory issue in SHOPIFY. Webgility helps us keep inventory synched between SHOPIFY and QuickBooks. Whenever we have an issue, Webgility tech support sticks with us until the issue is resolved.
I had a wonderful experience with your customer service / development team. Suyash and Pritesh solved a really challenging problem expeditiously, thoroughly and professionally. When they realized after awhile on the phone with me yesterday that it would take some extra work to solve, they worked on their own (and even with developers at Shopify!) to solve the problem so that today's call only took 15 minutes and I magically have everything I need again! The software has been huge in helping me manage and grow my small e-commerce business and I have been, and will continue to, recommend it widely. Thank you, Suyash and Pritesh!
We have been using Webgility for about a year now. It is an amazing app for keeping Shopify and QuickBooks Enterprise synched. Lots of features and flexibility. REALLY like the new Shopify Payouts feature - helped us simplify that nightmare of reconciliation. Support is also fantastic - responsive, knowledgeable - especially Nehal !
Webgility seems to be evolving and you need to make sure the app is up to date. It has a lot of functionality beyond what I need but we continue to work together to best understand the functions that are necessary for my business.
I just started using this App and so far Webgility has been extremely helpful in getting me up and running. I'm excited to use it and see how it goes.
Webgility has been a life saver for our business. It has cut out thousands of hours of manual data entry, runs smoothly with minimal errors and the tech support has always been so helpful!

This app seems like it will streamline our online store and brick & mortar store to control our sales and inventory better!
I have just started using this app. I have a store with over 15000 products and I was manually entering all sales data as well as running reports from my physical store to update the online store. This app has not only saved me a bunch of time it has also found many items that I had entered incorrectly and gave me the opportunity to fix them.
The personal onboarding was superb. I had a knowledgeable person to help me get all set up. And because it is split into 2 sessions I had time to explore in between and come up with any problems which were answered in the second session. I also have phone and email support going forward in case any other questions come up.
All in all I believe this app to be very much worth the expense. And I have been very happy with the support I have received so far. I use Quickbooks point of sale for my retail store.
