We are using QB and the Webgility app to integrate. There are have been some learning curve glitches to get it setup across multiple computers, but overall the customer service team is easily accessible and although it has taken multiple efforts, they have been helpful in solving all problems. There has been some trial and error setups with discounts and other financial aspects of the integration, but so far we have been able to make everything meet our needs.
I use Webgility to sync my Quickbooks Desktop POS and my Shopify store. The product has many features, but some I do not need or do not have experience with. I have struggled a bit to sync my products, but today Smita Sharma helped me tremendously. She gave me many great insights, and made me much more confident in what steps to take. AND, of course I know she and the other staff are always just a phone call away. Smita gets FIVE stars.
Tech support was great; took a long time but they got to the bottom of my issue. I appreciated their efforts to get our issues solved.
Paying for integration, it's slowly getting there. To download the desktop version and try to use it is next to impossible.
We use Webgility to move orders from Shopify to Quickbooks Enterprise.

Intuit recently released Quickbooks POS V19 that boasts of E-commerce integration. The integration service is provided by Webgility. I faced challenges trying to sign up to a suitable package for our business. However, Mr. Vishal Talati came to my rescue and guided me accordingly - he was really helpful and knowledgeable about intuit/webgility collaboration.

Great support. Easy to contact. Able to find work-arounds for certain features and seem to be proactively working on updates to help us with tracking inventory across multiple locations.
These guys are knowledgeable and helpful. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: (1) they kinda force everyone to give them a 5-star review at the end of the remote session with them--they literally go into the review, THEY click on the 5 star, and tell you to write. Has a tiny bit of a hostage-type feel to it. Too bad because they probably could earn the 5 stars ethically if they didn't do that. I don't think they understand the American mindset of their customers: the moment you mess with our freedom, we will protest. Hence the 4 stars.
Overall I've been very happy with the way this app works and when we have had issues the support team was extremely helpful and on top of it. The fact that they would set it up for you was so helpful and that they spent time showing you how everything worked meant that we were able to dive right into using the program rather than spend a lot of time trouble shooting. The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is that we don't really like that we are committed to a year rather than able to do a month to month plan.
testing this app versus THUB. Don't have quite enough experience yet but i can say their support is awesome. very easy to get a hold of someone and easy to resolve issue as they can do a remote login. so far so good!
