Nikhlesh is the best!!! He answered everything I needed and was so patient and helpful. We were having issues the way our tax was being imported and he managed to clear everything up as well as some item importing. Their customer service is excellent. The tool requires some set up, there are so many settings that it is best to work with support, but we have been using webgility for years now and everytime I work with support our importing gets better and better.
