QuickBooks Online by Webgility

Webgility is amazing and they have superior customer service. The integration between quickbooks desktop and shopify is amazing. Any issues I have, a quick call resolves the issues. If I've ever had an issue that needed more work, they follow through with a resolution.

Support is always able to diagnose and correct any issue promptly. They are a pleasure to work with. Program allows us to connect seamlessly to our ERP.

I needed help to transfer my database to a new server and Arun and the Webgility team were very helpful. They stayed in contact with me until the issue was resolved.

I was terrified of migrating from Magento to Shopify since ECC handles all of my middleware communication. Yet, to my pleasant surprise, the changeover was painless. Webgility even gave me a couple of weeks on the new subscription for free so I could make sure everything was crossing over correctly.
One caveat, ECC uses slightly different language than QB, so sometimes initial mapping can be somewhat less than intuitive.
I also want to say their tech team is awesome. In the 2-3 years since we started with ECC, I have probably only talked to a few different techs. They always solve the problem, and will even remote-in to fix tricky issues.

Webgility is a great time saver for us by automating the process of taking orders from Shopify & Amazon and entering them in our QuickBooks desktop version. Time is money, so the cost of Webgility is more than worth it! Support is great. Just had a couple issues resolved by Mudasir Z Mir all in a very timely manner. Thank you Webgility!

Great app, works flawlessly and upgrading from the original software to Unify was easy with no downtime.
