Onboarding process is very very quick - I installed the app myself and went through the initial setup, but I went ahead and scheduled an onboarding meeting just in case. The team was thorough and caught several details that I had missed. They ask plenty of questions to make sure they understand your specific needs and they're able to follow up at lightning speed. While other tech companies may take days or weeks to respond, Webgility provides immediate responses within minutes or hours. Very pleased with the experience we have had so far.

Annual price increased 3 times. We feel they "bait and switched" us. Find another solution. Not sure how they expect to increase their prices three fold and no one would find another solution. We are.
I have used Webgility for several year but now with Quickbook Pos Sunset I reached out to Webgility to assist in integration with QuickBooks financial interrogation. I had an excellent experience, love the automation and accuracy. Easy mapping and support. Love this company and their support and implantation staff.
I use this app to sync my QuickBooks POS to my online store. The customer service is very good. Nikhlesh was extremely helpful when I had a syncing issue due to my special use case. It's a powerful program that can be used in a number of ways. I highly recommend it!
We use Unify Enterprise to integrate our store with Quickbooks. Though it's not perfect, it gets the job done. We have to manually sign in to Single User Mode in order to push orders every day, but otherwise the process is smooth and Customer Service is usually efficient in fixing any problems we run into. Most difficulties are a result of (Slow)books.
Staff is very helpful when facing any issues or you run into anything confusing. Specifically Sunny!!!

Nikhlesh was very helpful in updating and optimizing Webgility software to improve functionality with posting orders to Quickbooks.

Quickbooks customer service is terrible and I have nothing but issues with them. Swapna from Webgility was super helpful though, I wish QB would hire more people like her.
