QuickBooks Online by Webgility

We have been running 5 stores linking to one QBE file for 2 years. Webgility has allowed us to scale our business without adding more clerical staff to do the mundane work of keeping orders, inventory and pricing properly synchronized. The best part of the software is their customer service team. Always willing to help, having them on hand to help us fix any issues which come up is priceless.

Himanshu was very helpful and patient connecting my device to our shopify account. He was able to find a solution to our technical issues and are now up and running. If I were to have any issues in the future, I'd request for his assistance if possible. We are using Quick Books online with Shopify.

Sunny was very helpful and was able to fix any issues we had and estabhlished the connection with quickbooks as well.

We were off to a slow start with a few issues to fix. With a quick call to Tech Support I met Himanshu, a team leader for Webgility. He dedicated himself and his team and quickly and efficiently fixed the issues quickly plus helped me through the ins and outs of the app. Now the convenience of having my orders posted to Quickbooks for me has been a huge time saver. I would highly recommend this app to all merchants short of time!!!

Webgility has been extremely helpful in cutting down processing time for our shopify orders. They also helped us create a customized script to organize our orders in QB based on our tags in Shopify. We are excited to work with webgility moving forward.

I use this for our Shopify store to upload into QuickBooks Desktop and it has saved me hours of manual work. This is a great product for managing all of your accounting, shipping, and inventory duties. The support you get from the onboarding team and issues submitted to customer support is great. They always follow up to make sure it is resolved. My current account manager is Shoeb and he will follow up just to check in on how things are going. Would highly recommend this product to streamline your online business.
