Prerit was helpful reviewing current settings and determining how to improve the sync process with QuickBooks Online. Webgility is an excellent solution for automating a ton of bookkeeping tasks for any ecommerce merchant. In our case we are syncing Shopify to QBO and it's pretty darn seamless.
