I love this app. Support was great in helping to tailor some of our needs to get installed and set up and my customers love purchasing the extra $2-$4 to help with climate change. Highly recommend!

We use the app to help offset the carbon on our shipping, this is a great way to help reduce the impact we have on our planet. It is also great that they help with marketing assets and copy for websites. Our experience with Eco Cart is great and would recommend it.

EDIT: After a few days, the technical gremlins seemed to have been sorted and we have now successfully reinstalled the app without any problems whatsoever. Support has been fantastic in assisting and keeping us updated during this period and also with the installation. Must particularly thank Austin who got the widget beautifully matching our store theme. So, now a definite 5-star rating, Good idea but I don't think it is suitable for use in the United Kingdom. Was told that I needed to enter payment details to stop it showing the offset in $, but having done that it made no difference. In fact, I couldn't get it to display in our cart despite setting it up several times. Wondered if I might need to enter my bank information as well, but couldn't as it doesn't recognise UK banks. On top of all this, the Admin side of things is painfully slow.

This app was actually requested by some of our customers and now that we have it, so many more of our customers have commented on how happy and excited they are that we have it. Definitely makes our brand image look stronger with supporting sustainable efforts.
The app install was easy. Our site apparently doesn't have the easiest theme, but Ecocart's team worked on it until they got it to work smoothly. It was a very easy transition for us- we didn't have to do anything really. Their team is super helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and great to work with!
