EcoCart: Carbon Neutral Orders

Great app that's totally aligned with what we live and breathe at littlewine.co and allows us offsetting the emissions from our shipments. The customer service is incredible too - fast, friendly & super helpful.

Once I read what Eco Cart did I instantly recognized the value in the service. Many people are becoming more aware of their environmental impact so it only made sense to give them means to offset their imprint. I was happy with how quickly everything got set up. All my questions were answered within a day. Great job EcoCart.

Great app to make orders carbon neutral. Our customers love it, it tracks the weight of items to estimate it's carbon footprint and then you can offer for your customers to pay to make it carbon neutral or pay for it as the business.

10/10 recommend EcoCart. Their team completed the setup within my store aka I did close to nothing to provide this great option to my customers. When I had a question about EcoCart within my store I got a response before I finished a cup of coffee, 5 star customer service. I wish more places I personally shop at provided the option of paying a little extra to make my orders carbon neutral...

Awesome support. I'm super busy and technically challenged and Dane at EcoCart took care of everything. The best part though, is after I lamented a lack of Canadian Projects on their roster they added one of my suggestions. Now my Canadian customers, buying a Canadian products can carbon offset by planting trees in Canada!

Easy to use, and it's nice to know that I can do a little bit of good. I let my customers choose to offset on their own, and most of them do.

App was easy to use and very quick to install! The customer service was very quick and they answered all my questions in a timely manner. A great idea with great execution, and I'm glad to allow customers with the option to make their order carbon neutral!

Ecocart is a big hit with our ecoconscious customers! We've had issues installing it as it was interfering with our wholesale app. But their support was awesome. They were able to investigate and set things right in no time. Highly recommend!
